Meagan and Kara
Meagan Monique Good was born August 8th, 1981 within the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle, her mother who worked as her manager in her teens and her father Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. Her family lived in Canyon Country with her three brothers and sisters in California. When she was four years of age, she began acting. In the early stages of her career she worked as an extra in television shows such as Doogie Howser Amen and M.D. The first film she acted in, "Friday", was released in 1995 as she was 13 years old. In 1997 she was recognized for her performance in Eve's Bayou as Cisely Batiste who is a troubled teenage girl. She received her first N.A.A.C.P. nomination for this film. Image Award nominated. Good had tiny roles in films and on television for a couple of years before transitioning to more mature roles at the beginning of 2000s. She played Nina, Nickelodeon T.V.'s Cousin Skeeter. She appeared as Nina on Nickelodeon's T.V. program Cousin Skeeter from 1998 until 2001. Additionally, she played small parts in the films House Party to the Last Minute (1998) as well as 3 Strikes (2000). She played Vanessa Scott's role in the 2003 sitcom My Wife and Kids. She received nominations for Best Actress for the Black Movie Awards for 2005. In the following years, she was in several movies such as Cookout Venom Waist Deep and The Love Guru. She continued to be active both on T.V. and in films she portrayed the character of Mya in the multi-starring Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer was born in Texas she attended Baylor University, Waco Texas. She graduated with a degree in performing arts. The degree for performing arts was conferred in the year the year 2010. Her first appearance onscreen was in 2010 with the webseries"If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer debuted on screen after appearing in numerous local shows in Simon Fuller's Hulu-series If I Can Dream pilot in 2010. The focus of the show was a group that began to move in together in California, Hollywood.
