Henry Cavill is a British actor best known for playing the title character of Superman in the movie "Man of Steel..' Once dubbed"the most unfortunate man" in Hollywood after losing out part on his roles in the Batman franchise, Superman series, and the James Bond series to Christian Bale, Brandon Routh, and Daniel Craig respectively, Cavill has made significant strides. Cavill was born in Jersey (UK) and grew up with his four siblings, each with excellent acting talents. When he was a teenager Cavill was bullied at schools for his weight. He started taking better care of his physique after was offered a leading role in a film back in 2001. The actor is now renowned for his muscular physique as well as his stunning appearance. In addition, he has performed various scenes with no shirt in his film. His first acting role was followed by a series of films that included Hellraiser' (Red Riding Hood) as well as 'Blood" as well as Stardust. It the role he played in The Tudors as the dashing Duke who made him instantly a household name. Following his appearance in "The Tudors" the actor went on to appear in a variety of films such as "The Immortals", 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E," and "The Man Of Steel," which is the biggest-selling Superman film ever.
