Alissa White-Gluz
Alissa is the former lead singer in the metalcore Canadian group The Agonist. She currently sings for the Swedish metal group melodic death Arch Enemy. Alissa White-Gluz was born July 31st of 1985. She is an Canadian musician who is most well-known as the lead vocalist of the Swedish melodic metal group Arch Enemy. Alissa also has been a founder and lead singer for The Agonist, a Canadian Metalcore band The Agonist. She sings using clear and growled voice. Though she's mostly associated with melodic death metal and metalcore her appearances have included the guest vocalist of the power metal, symphonic metal and deathcore bands, notably Kamelot, Delain, Carnifex and Powerwolf, and has performed live in concert with Nightwish as well as Tarja Turunen. Agonist (2004-2014) Agonist (2004-2014) From 2004 White-Gluz formed The Agonist (then was referred to as "Tempest") along with fellow band members Danny Marino and Chris Kells in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. White Gluz released three albums while being vocalist for The Agonist. They parted ways the band in early 2014 after she was offered the chance to join the band as vocalist Arch Enemy.
